Beach Clean - Up this Weekend

Come to the Inland Seas Education Center in Suttons Bay on Saturday morning (10 am or later) and get your bag, clipboard, check list and instructions for cleaning up the area's beaches, wetlands and streams.  You'll feel good while doing good.  ISEA will collect the clean - up data and publish the results.

    We had 36 people of all ages and a few 4 legged animals work on the Traverse City Beaches on Sunday. Over 2000 cigarette butts were collected. A BIG Thank YOU to everyone who helped clean the beach. You can still clean the beaches in the next few weeks, (or make it an on going activity).
